Alex Jones asserts that the failure to secure the rooftops near the rally was a deliberate, premeditated act of negligence ordered by the Secret Service's senior advanced team.

“this was not a mistake this was not a screw-up this was premeditated”

He believes the Secret Service's failure to secure the roof during the assassination attempt was an example of gross incompetence.

“this Mickey Mouse security detail was so goofy it made Donald Duck oh boy who's in charge of the Secret Service a lady wait what seriously well of course you didn't have anyone on top of the building”

He believes a failure of competence and negligence by the Secret Service occurred during the assassination attempt.

“And when you see the level of negligence and incompetence, you know, my mind started racing. How is it even possible?”
