He believes the commercial theater industry focuses too much on ticket sales and not enough on the well-being of its performers.

“And I think the this unfortunate thing about commercial theater is all the attention is how do we get butts in seats? How do we how do we sell these tickets and not necessarily in keeping the performers healthy. And that's why Broadway sort of has the the issues that it has.”
