Heidi Montag believes her music career was severely hindered by the timing and recovery process associated with her extensive plastic surgery.

“So my album got completely overshadowed because I was supposed to be basically on tour. I Heart Radio asked me to perform. I wasn't physically able to. Um so who knows how successful my music career could have been if it wasn't completely overshadowed by the surgery.”
