The decision to fire Tom Thibodeau was correct because his coaching style is outdated and he overuses his players.

“I feel like Tibs, and no disrespect to Tibs cuz he's a legend, but I feel like his style of coaching is a bit outdated. Um, I feel he kind of looks for things that the game doesn't call for anymore. And he doesn't really go deep into his bench.”

Firing Tom Thibodeau would be inappropriate if it stemmed solely from James Dolan's personal interference.

“But if it wasn't Leon Rose and it wasn't Worldwide Wes and this was about James Dolan wanting Tom Thibodeau gone, then once again, it's it's James Dolan interfering and sticking his nose in business he ain't qualified to stick his nose into.”
