“The quarterback can't stand there like a pillar like these these legendary quarterbacks that don't use NA legs, they can't make it in in this world now.”

Ewing believes that professional athletes should block out public pressure and focus on performing to the best of their individual ability.

“I tried to block out all of the noise and just focus on trying to be the best version of me that I could be.”

He approaches fighting by focusing on breaking his opponent's spirit and heart rather than merely focusing on their specific technical skills.

“when I fight a guy I'm not fighting his skills I'm not fighting oh he's good at this he's good at them not fighting that I'm fighting his heart when I fight guys I fight their heart because I want to break their heart”

“you don't want to show any forms of weakness you don't want to show fatigue you don't want to show um frustration sadness, like you want to look strong in everything you do.”

“I didn't I didn't look at it like that and I wasn't afraid of that. The the last thing I wanted to do, like I said, was be somebody that the people that love me and that I love couldn't recognize anymore.”
