Major League Baseball needs a salary cap or similar structural change to ensure fairness for smaller market teams.

“So, I think everybody franchise-wise at least is kind of trying to gear towards that salary cap because then it kind of equals the playing field and makes everything more fair.”

He believes the NBAification of the NFL uniforms should be avoided and teams should stick to traditional designs.

“I think the the NBAification of the NFL should stay away. Stay with >> Oh, the rivalry uniforms.”

The current NASCAR racing product is competitive and drivers are still competing at high levels despite the playoff format.

“I don't think the on track product has changed. I still think it's the great racing that we see weekend and week out and you know, drivers going for things because wins are much more important, I think.”

It is advantageous for NHL organizations to be realistic about player preferences, including factors like climate and lack of media scrutiny.

“You got to improve management cuz teams like Dallas, Vegas, Florida, Tampa, not only do they have unbelievable management, they have benefits in the tax category, you're playing in sunshine, you're not under a microscope constantly. Like the list goes on and on to advantages that you're dealing with”

Players should be able to negotiate for no-move clauses once they have established themselves as regular NHL players after playing long enough.

“I believe that you should get a no-move clause and you know, these guys are getting it. Teams are handing them out like candy. They were a little harder to get back in the day, right, Army? Like there wasn't many guys, but yeah, it's unreal.”

Chris Long believes that a locker room is a place where professional players from diverse backgrounds and ideologies can effectively compartmentalize political differences to maintain team cohesion.

“in a locker room you're able to comp compartmentalize those things so easily because the relationships are as I put it stress tested in that like it's amazing what you can look past when you trust somebody and their goodness or their their work habits or their dependability.”

Denny Hamlin argues that teammates must share information to be competitive because siloing knowledge is counterproductive.

“The minute you start to put yourself in a silo and say, "I'm going to hold everything right here." Well, that's when when your teammate then does that, you're now missing out on information that's going to help you.”

Joey Logano believes that being an aggressive competitor is a necessary part of succeeding in professional racing.

“I'd say when I get in a race car, maybe you guys are the same way when you play when you play football. like you put your helmet on and you you kind of switch gears. Like you can be I think a normal person, joke around, have fun, you know, be lighthearted normally, but I think when it's game”

Jameis Winston contends that playing multiple sports, such as baseball, develops athletic skills that improve performance in other sports like football.

“I truly believe that me not playing baseball did not allow me to achieve certain athletic movements on the football field that I was when I was playing baseball every single day”

He believes the fighter should maintain a professional, focused mindset and avoid social interactions before a competition.

“I know what it's like before competition how you kind of like people want to see you but you're like I don't want to see anybody”
