Illegal immigrants should be deported, but using national security or terrorism as a justification for bypassing due process sets a dangerous precedent.

“I'm all about it. Get rid of all the illegals. Sure. Let's not use terrorism. Let's not use the excuse of in the name of national security in order to get rid of all of our constitutional rights.”

The government must follow due process and provide clear evidence before deporting individuals, even those who entered the country illegally.

“What I don't think the American people voted for is getting rid of due process. The way you determine whether somebody is a criminal in this country is through the judicial system. You have to go through that process.”
