“So you're already going into camp bad habits. And then a month or two later, you're fighting someone and then you could even just see the way the way I'm fighting. I was I just look back at that and like it felt more it felt more cautious like you were in and out.”

KSI claims his approach to boxing is highly strategic, involving weight management and the development of technical skills rather than just wild fighting.

“i wanted to work on music i wanted to build a foundation now and now look at me i've got number ones top tens number one albums left right and center music foundation good everything is sorted i'm blessed when it comes to music so now it's like cool now it's time for me to do the boxing”

“Like defense and tactics and understanding the game is the most important thing. These guys that want to put on an entertaining fight and just go in there and slug it out. Like man, you are giving up your brain for some people who don't give a [ __ ] about you.”

“Keep the emotions out of the situation and just be you. Be present. That's really my main thing. I want to be present in what I'm doing and not moving off of like feelings.”
