He claims that being famous to the extent he is has significantly increased the stress and difficulty of his everyday life.

“I don't like leaving this building when I go out in public it's just like it's pretty brutal”

He suggests that fame and its associated luxuries can act as a distracting, zero-sum game that prevents an individual from finding genuine meaning.

“This exploration of how you go from achieving your wildest fantasies as a young person and living this overindulgent lifestyle only to wake up one day and discover it ain't all that.”

It is necessary to adopt a flexible, rolling-with-the-punches attitude when dealing with the pressures of public life rather than trying to fight against them.

“I think it's like, you know, when surfers talk about when they crash or get hit by a big wave, the worst thing you can do is like tense up. You just have to kind of roll with the punches and like let it happen.”

Charli xcx believes that it is not an artist's responsibility to be a role model.

“I should not be put in that category at all like I don't want that responsibility I don't think it is an artist's responsibility to be a role model”

She believes it is important that her authentic self remains unchanged regardless of her increased public exposure.

“I never want someone's interaction with me with me to be anything that's different than what they see in the show. And like I hope that people see me like there's no there's no different Reese on screen than offscreen.”

He suggests that people often pursue fame without realizing that it will not provide the fulfillment they expect.

“we often don't want what we think we want what I mean by that is we don't understand why we want if often people think they want to be famous and then the dog catches the car and they don't know what to do with him”

She believes young people should not be permitted to attain fame because they lack the mental maturity to handle it.

“I mean I I don't think young people should be allowed to be famous like there's somebody who could come in and say no they can't this is they're not mentally capable of handling this I think that should happen”

He observes that fame does not change the person, but it alters the way everyone else interacts with them, and he feels that his own identity is currently struggling to keep pace with his rapid change
