Piers Morgan believes that Israel is committing war crimes by pursuing a policy of starvation against the population in Gaza.

“When you say that you're going to launch a blockade on aid and food to a population where 50% are under 18, you are pursuing, it seems to me, as Ehood said, a a policy of starvation towards obviously because of the nature of the population in Gaza of a lot of children and that is a war crime.”

The Israeli military is intentionally killing civilians and children in Gaza.

“The children who were killed in a waterline were not killed accidentally. The children lining up nine who were killed last Thursday for nutritional supplements as UNICEF says outrageously for UNICEF aid were not killed accidentally.”

She argues that the evidence of genocide and war crimes in Gaza, including the use of starvation, is overwhelming.

“the evidence out there is overwhelming 45,000 people have been killed starvation has been used as a tool of War it would be good for the Israeli authorities to hand over netan and Galant”

Mustafa Barghouti identifies Prime Minister Netanyahu as a war criminal who has committed genocide in Gaza.

“he is a war criminal so if you consider that a success fair enough but on the other hand he is behaving as a head of an imperial power”

He identifies the ongoing military actions in Gaza as a documented genocide.

“we're 14 months into a genocide which has been documented the most documented genocide in history”

The Israeli Defense Forces have implemented more measures to prevent civilian harm during their operations than any other military in history.

“My quote that you called nonsense was that the Israel and the idea have implemented more measures to prevent civilian harm than any military in history. Now that's a provable fact.”

He claims Israel follows the rules of war and maintains a ratio of civilian to combatant deaths that is lower than other nations in modern warfare.

“If you take every single statistic issued Israel has the lowest ratio of civili I to combatant Deaths of any country any country in Modern Warfare the United States Great Britain NATO that's statistic alone”

He characterizes the ICC's issuance of arrest warrants as a travesty, an injustice, and a perversion of the judicial system.

“they're enjoying to seeing this tremendous travesty this Injustice this perversion of the international judicial system by the hands of a very suspicious and I would say controversial prosecutor”

Israel's military actions against terrorists in other countries are justified in the same way similar actions by the US, UK, and France are.

“it is exactly what the US did when the US attacked Osama bin Laden in Pakistan by the way or when the UK attacked ISIS terrorists in Syria or Iraq or when France is attacking terrorist groups in Mali or Bkina Faso. But when it comes to Israel all of a sudden there is double standard.”

She denies that the blockade of Gaza constitutes an illegal occupation under international law.

“A blockade is not an occupation”
