The clerk of court, Rebecca Hill, is a pathological liar who repeatedly lied under oath.

“I firmly believe that Becky Hill is a pathological liar. She's lied repeatedly. She's lied under oath when caught here.”

The court clerk was naive and in over her head regarding her improper interactions with the jury.

“I think at times her heart was in the right place, but she was in over her head and I don't think she understood her role in all of this with communicating with the jury.”
