Federal agencies are attempting to evade executive orders by renaming DEI departments rather than eliminating them.

“DEI was racist is racist will always be racist it is antithetical to what Martin Luther King believed content of character and that would extend to merit-based recognition of human beings”

DEI programs should not be eradicated, but rather their necessity in addressing historical racial and gender-based inequities must be recognized.

“It's not so much that you want to eradicate DEI, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. I'll let somebody else argue on behalf of that. What I like to focus on is how dare you try to ignore the reason for its existence in the first place.”
