Growing up with older cousins and siblings involved constant physical fighting which shaped a part of his identity.

“that's a core part of my identity being like a super lexible little brother yeah that's all I knew growing up just getting beat up I got beat up the entire time older cousins and brothers”

Getting physically bullied or intimidated by an older sister's boyfriend is a traumatic memory.

“he just looked at me and just real quick just punched me in the stomach [ __ ] what a beast dud yeah I [ __ ] cried I cried I was like and I just”

Bobby Lee recalls being bullied as a child, including being locked in a school locker for an extended period.

“I got stuck in a locker for two periods.”

Cartoons like Ren and Stimpy were violent and promoted inappropriate behaviors for children.

“Do you remember the domestic violence? Oh god. Yeah. They used to hit each other. They used to hurt each other. Yeah. Definitely. Definitely. And then and used to and used to verbally abuse you idiot. Why are you so stupid?”

She experienced a childhood that involved being around scrap metal yards where she was frequently near dangerous equipment.

“There's like talking about her in a scrap metal yard and like getting metal stuck in her body and I'm like yeah that was my entire childhood was almost getting run over at the scrap metal yard.”

Returning to school after summer break was an enjoyable and exciting experience.

“Now that you're bringing it up, that used to fire me. I The beginning of the school year was great.”

Walter Peterson claims he experienced a happy childhood because he enjoyed the freedom of the farm life.

“well I mean you were free as the breeze you had acres and acres to wander around in there was lots of wildlife there were some chores it was just a good life”

Growing up, her childhood was a wonderful and positive experience.

“My life was [ __ ] amazing.”

He views his childhood experiences of building ramps and riding bikes as a defining, positive aspect of his youth, despite the inevitable injuries that occurred.

“some of the best days of my life it was though and now you're sucking it into your lungs i started at a young age i remember the first time i got a proper bike”
