Ethan feels shame and embarrassment regarding his vaping habit and desires to quit.

“It makes me feel like dirty and it makes me feel embarrassed really. And like when I go on if I ever like hanging out with people, I don't want them to see it.”

Jennifer Welch finds the act of constant vaping to be irritating and believes vapers possess an unjustified sense of entitlement.

“I think Josh is right. There is an entitlement with vapors that didn't exist with smokers.”

Josh Welch argues that vapers act with a sense of entitlement by using their devices in places where it is prohibited.

“I've had it with the entitlement of vapors and and when they can vape and where they vape and who they're around and the norms and rules associated with that and the bending of those rules and norms.”

He indicates that he wants to quit vaping but continues to use it.

She admits that she vapes and wants to quit because she has read about the severe health risks.
