He thinks it is inappropriate for parents to force their children into sports if the child is clearly not enjoying it.

“they're also coming home to me so when they're coming home to me all we're gonna be discussing is tennis yeah we're not gonna be discussing anything else about their life yeah and i would i'm pretty sure i'll be able to see in their faces that this isn't this is just not what a child should be doing”

He believes he could not personally handle the emotional toll of forcing a child to train for a sport they do not want to play.

“he's the one that has to like deal with all of that like he said like he has to be out there he has to be the one at home forcing him to get out and then he's also the one that's out there and he has to be the one to take care of them when they're bad and bruised and crying knowing that this morning”
