Conan O'Brien views the act of being an emotional cheerleader for guests as an exhausting but essential part of the interview process.

“and I find the more esteemed the guests this is a look behind the curtain here the less he will look at the guest and the more he will talk to me which makes me so cuz I have to do that fuel face where I'm fueling him with with energy and admiration and and laughs and and it's not like it's not legi”

Sona Movsesian feels that being an emotional cheerleader during interviews is an exhausting responsibility.

“and so I find myself after these podcasts sometimes drained exhausted exhausted because you're kind of like an emotional cheerleader yes and not that again cheeks HT I absolutely enjoy being here but there is it is kind of like a sending Vibes or or just like giving somebody back good energy”

He prefers to avoid having a pre-set agenda during celebrity interviews to better read the guest's energy and create unique moments.

“I went in with nothing on the paper I was like I want to read her energy and create something with me and her”

Taxstone claims he purposefully stays quiet and lets his guests speak during interviews because he realized that interrupting guests prevents him from getting the full story.

“I heard you fell back and let them speak and he said you know most journalists of interview was filled that you got to jump in and get involved because they felt like they not involved in their own interview and it was the craziest [ __ ] I heard because that was the real reason why I jumped”
