Democrats should pack the Supreme Court to counter Republican norm violations and institutional damage.

“at this point, the Democrats must simply lock the Republicans out of power for a generation. Okay? It has to happen until MAGA is ripped out of the American Republic root and stem.”

Adding seats to the Supreme Court opens a dangerous cycle of reprisals that undermines the rule of law.

“court pack opens and by court packing I mean adding seats to the Supreme Court >> opens a can of worms that what McConnell and the Republicans did does not open which is the risk of kind of like infinite regression.”
