Ryan Clark believes that winning an award is a valuable recognition of hard work but does not inherently validate or invalidate a person's efforts.

“being rewarded the Emmy though matters in the sense of like the work being recognized I think that's the that's for sure the blessing in it but the rest of it is the rest I don't believe it validates or invalidates anybody who was up for the award right”

Nikki Glaser considers forming genuine, supportive friendships with veteran comedians like David Spade and Bob Saget to be a significant professional achievement.

“My biggest achievement in this business is being friends with David Spade yeah me too I think I like honestly when people ask me like what's the coolest thing you've that's of your career I'm like that like the people I've gotten to be friends with Bob Saget's another one”

Jade feels that her new job on The Soup is a significant win and a career breakthrough she has long awaited.

“this feels like the thing I've always waited for like you know other jobs you do I mean you're like I hope I don't get fired tomorrow I'm like no this is like I have something to bring to this like I'm psyched about it”

Writing music provided her with a sense of purpose in her life.

“being able to write music um I never saw that coming the first song I wrote it you know it gave me my life purpose so thank you God for that”

Towns views his successful career path as a justification for the sacrifices he made regarding time with his mother.

“it would be a disservice to her if I didn't try to capitalize on this opportunity as much as possible. So, I wanted to make uh make her proud and I wanted to uh maximize this opportunity because I've worked my whole life for it.”

She views her career and this recognition as being rooted in her dedication to her family and her desire to be a great performer.

“I just wanted to be good at what i did i wanted to be a great actress i wanted to be a great singer i wanted to be a great performer to share the joy of entertaining you this is hollywood with the mecca of entertainment around the world it all starts right here this is what all comes down to it all ”

He believes the person behind the star deserves recognition for their character and personal life, not just their professional success as an actor.

“Yes gene has earned this star for her accomplishments as an actress but the story behind the star is that she is equally deserving to be honored for who she has been as a beloved wife to my dearest friend a fantastic mother to two wonderful children and a loving generous and compassionate friend”

Mario Lopez believes that his long-term success in the entertainment industry is a result of effectively using his time rather than just spending it.

“If you don't have time for trouble trouble won't have time for you and it wasn't just about being busy it was about time and that time is of course the most valuable thing we have work hard while you have it it's not good enough to just spend it you got to use it well”
