Zane Hijazi believes that airline passengers who refuse to follow instructions and cause delays should be held accountable for the resulting domino effect.

“I wonder what domino effect that [ __ ] causes throughout the whole day like for everybody around the world for because somebody doesn't want to get out of there it's like traffic like if something runs in front of the street like yeah that's crazy”

She finds it unacceptable and poorly managed for airlines to oversell flights and then treat passengers as if they are the problem when trying to secure volunteers to give up their seats.
