Lawsuit make many serious claims of fraud but defendant democrats say a motion to dismiss will easily end the the lawsuit. Democrats are confident this case won't even go to an evidentiary hearing and a consolidated motion to dismiss will be enough. However Kari Lake is allowed to contest the election and the judge has 10 days to issue a ruling. An emergency hearing was had and the court was so bogged down with viewers that it kept crashing.
