Meet Adrian, a resilient individual who has faced a lifelong battle with weight, self-esteem, and health challenges. As a dedicated stay-at-home mom of four, she's experienced the highs and lows of various weight loss methods, from appearing as a contestant on NBC's The Biggest Loser to experimenting with low-carb diets combined with running and restrictive eating. Despite her efforts, nothing seemed to provide lasting results until she stumbled upon the carnivore diet. Since adopting the carnivore lifestyle, Adrian has not only achieved her healthiest weight ever but has also made significant strides in overcoming chronic hypoglycemia and various autoimmune illnesses, including lichen sclerosis and long COVID. Prior to embracing the carnivore diet, she grappled with insomnia, food reactions, neuropathy, chronic fatigue, brain fog, and hormone imbalances. Adrian's journey towards wellness doesn't stop there. She combines the carnivore diet with the Shoemaker Protocol to address the root causes of healing, particularly focusing on Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). Through her determination and commitment to holistic health, Adrian is not only transforming her own life but also inspiring others to embark on their own healing journeys.
