On this Episode of LegalAF, Ben Meiselas goes solo as Popok finishes up his summer vacation and Meiselas does a deep dive in Trump and his family running away and hiding from the legal hell they put themselves into yet again. Meiselas discusses how Trump and kids and son-in-law Jared Kushner are literally hiding and trying to duck subpoenas from the BBC for their depositions in connection with Trump’s $10 billion lawsuit against the BBC. Meiselas details Trump’s DOJ running away from Katie Phang’s federal lawsuit under the Epstein Transparency Act. Meiselas also details Trump’s contrived “emergency” motions and petitions, including his petition to the Supreme Court begging to continue the construction of the White House golden ballroom as he argues he desperately needs so he can hide from assassination attempts including his fears the Iranians want to go after him with drones and ballistic missiles. Meiselas also connects Trump’s cowardly and losing legal behavior with his conduct more broadly in domestic and international affairs.
