Now, his parents face second-degree murder, torture, and ch*ld ab*se charges. In this episode, Lauren Matthias examines the heartbreaking death of Casper O'Brien, the police investigation, medical records, 911 call, and newly released court documents to uncover how this tragedy unfolded.
