LeAnn Hartleben was found unresponsive in her Outer Banks home on July 22nd, 2020. She was airlifted to a hospital in Norfolk, Va where she would sadly die three days later. The man who made the 911 call, bringing authorities to LeAnn’s home on July 22nd was 29 year old Jay Tolson. He is now going on trial for her murder.
