Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney takes a hard left turn: did prosecutors even prove she killed her children? After a mistrial and an 11–1 jury split, Kevin Reddington is challenging more than Clancy’s criminal responsibility—he’s questioning the evidence that she committed the killings at all. Hidden True Crime’s Lauren Matthias breaks down that surprising argument, why Judge Sullivan rejected the request for a finding of not guilty, and the separate legal fight that could still prevent a second trial. Then, we examine the battle over sealed jury notes and holdout juror Michael Desronvil’s response, as his attorney announces plans to file a bar complaint against Reddington. To understand where this case goes next, we follow the arguments, the ruling and the escalating fallout—while keeping Cora, Dawson and Callan at the heart of the story.
