Place skillet in oven and preheat as hot as oven will go 2. Shape dough 3. Toss squid, lemon, squash, EVOO, capers, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until mixed well 4. Dress the dough with toppings and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then bake for about 5 minutes until dough is cooked thoroughly. 5. Drizzle pizza with hot honey, more EVOO, and sprinkle with basil, pepper and more parmesan Pizza Rosa: * ½ cup parmigiano Reggiano coarsely grated * ¼ red onion thinly sliced * ½ sprig fresh rosemary, leaves only, do not chop * 1 heaping TBSP pistachios coarsely chopped * EVOO * 1 pizza dough 1. Heat pizza oven. 2. Dress red onion with EVOO and salt 3. Spread cheese over flattened out dough, leaving ½ inch space for the crust. Top with red onion and rosemary 4. Bake, once close to being done, sprinkle with pistachios and return pizza to oven. Once pizza is fully cooked, drizzle with EVOO Carbonara Pizza: * 1 pizza dough ball * 2 ½ ounces guanciale * ¼ cup plus 2 TBSP grated Pecorino Romano * 3 ounces mozzarella * Cracked black pepper * 1-2 eggs cracked in bowl, yolk intact * EVOO * Zest of 1 lemon 1. Sauté guanciale to medium doneness then drain and set aside 2. Spread cheese over shaped pizza dough, bacon, then mozzarella. Finish with black pepper to taste. Bake pizza for 4 minutes. 3. Slide eggs onto pizza then broil for 2 minutes. Serve slicing around the yolk Zaza Pizza: * Pizza dough ball * 1 lbs ground pork * 2 tsp salt * 1 tsp pepper * 2 tsp sugar * 1” piece ginger, grated * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 TBSP Korean red pepper powder * ½ cup kimchi * 3 serrano peppers, thinly sliced rounds * 3 scallions, green tops cut 3” long and sliced thinly lengthwise * Toasted sesame oil * KPOP foods Korean chili sauce * Black sesame seeds * White sesame seeds * 5-6oz jar spicy tomato sauce 1. Add pork, salt, pepper, sugar and red pepper powder in a bowl and mix well. Then add ginger and garlic mixing further. Cook mixture on high, breaking up the meat as you go to create your sausage 2. Spread tomato sauce over shaped dough, then add sausage, kimchi, serrano peppers, scallions, and drizzle toasted sesame oil 3. Bake pizza until cooked then drizzle with Korean chili sauce and both sesame seeds
