Former FBI Special Agent and behavioral analyst Robin Dreeke examines what went wrong in each one. JP Miller allegedly controlled Mica Miller through surveillance, harassment, and community manipulation while the congregation at Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach sided with him. Mica reported GPS tracking, slashed tires, and fear for her life. She was found dead at a North Carolina state park on April 27, 2024. Her death was ruled a suicide. JP Miller faces federal cyberstalking charges and has pleaded not guilty. He preached at her memorial. The Lindsay Clancy murder trial ended in a hung jury at Plymouth Superior Court. Eleven jurors favored acquittal by reason of insanity. One holdout admitted he had reasonable doubt and still refused to vote for acquittal. Jurors describe him as arrogant and disengaged. Other jurors left the courthouse physically ill from the evidence, including Patrick Clancy's 911 call from January 24, 2023. The family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez filed a wrongful death lawsuit against D4vd, his mother Colleen Burke, his managers, and his business entities. The complaint alleges company funds were used to pay for housing and security that concealed a minor's presence. Burke's celebrity attorneys withdrew from the criminal case. He has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and other charges. Dreeke breaks down the behavioral psychology of enablement, group failure, and institutional silence across all three.
