Join us LIVE for this month's Silk Road Seminar featuring John J. Thatamanil in conversation with John Vervaeke. The Rev. Dr. John J. Thatamanil is Professor of Theology and World Religions at Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York. He is the author of *Circling the Elephant: A Comparative Theology of Religious Diversity* and *The Immanent Divine: God, Creation, and the Human Predicament*. His work explores comparative theology, religious diversity, and interfaith dialogue, informed in part by the writing and activism of Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. John is also an Anglican priest and serves as the Diocesan Theologian for the Diocese of Islands and Inlets in British Columbia. Silk Road Seminars are live, unscripted dialogues where John engages leading thinkers across philosophy, theology, cognitive science, and contemplative traditions. These conversations are exploratory by design. They unfold in real time and develop organically through dialogue. This seminar, including the Q&A, will be streamed entirely on YouTube.
