Creating healthy boundaries, relationships, and giving people the honor to really know you when you speak true are some of the topics from this enlightening show. Our special guest is, Terri Cole, a licensed psychotherapist, author, and empowerment expert. For over two decades, Terri has worked with a diverse group of clients and she impacts the world through her weekly blog, social media platform, signature courses, and her popular podcast, The Terri Cole Show. Terri has a unique gift of making complex psychological concepts accessible and actionable so that her clients and students achieve sustainable change. Her new book, Boundary Boss, The Essential Guide to Talk True, Be Seen, and (Finally) Live Free was just released in 2021. Lee and Terri have a dynamic conversation around all things boundaries - triggers, myths, and why our preferences matter. They chat about what first led her into therapy, the lessons she learned, as well as her early experience as a therapist. Terri believes we teach what we most need to learn and shares why how you treat yourself sets the bar for every relationship in your life. Having just birthed her new book, Terri speaks to what that feels like and what she is looking forward to creating next.
