A 74-year-old man who said he was representing himself in a Florida murder trial told a judge he would plead guilty to a life sentence in exchange for a Philly cheesesteak, fries, and a 20-ounce Pepsi, and the judge told him he had never heard a request like that in almost 40 years in the law. Robert Kessler is accused of first-degree murder and abuse of a dead human body in the 2021 killing of 47-year-old Stephanie Crone-Overholts, a mother of three from Erie, Pennsylvania, whose dismembered remains were found in Tampa's McKay Bay after she was identified by a tattoo her family recognized. Kessler told police he met her in a McDonald's parking lot where she was living out of her car. He took her in because he’d lived in Pennsylvania before and felt sorry for her. As the trial got underway, Kessler, without his Cheesesteak, changed the playing field again. Let’s dig into this bizarre defendant and use this as a reminder that you should never defend yourself, especially against a murder charge! #RobertKessler #StephanieCroneOverholts #McKayBay #Tampa #Erie #Pennsylvania #ProSe #MurderTrial #PhillyCheesesteak #ProfilingEvil #TrueCrime #Pats #Ginos #ArcGIS #Esri #Map #CrimeAnalysis ======================================== Website: www.ProfilingEvil.com ======================================== Email your questions to: ProfilingEvil@gmail.com ======================================== 💳 DONATE: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=T54JX76RZ455S 💵 PayPal: https://paypal.me/profilingevil 🕵️BECOME A MEMBER: https://www.youtube.com/profilingevil/join 🛒SHOP MERCH: https://www.profilingevil.com/profilingevilshop 📖SHOP BOOKS: https://www.profilingevil.com/store
