The testimony of Lance Twigs is credible and confirms the guilt of Tyler Robinson regardless of alternative conspiracy theories.

“Megan, I thought that Twigs came across as credible. It sounds like he had no part in this and he generally was shocked that Tyler Robinson did this.”

The preliminary hearing has successfully established probable cause, though it is still possible that Lance Twigs had more involvement than he admits.

“From a probable cause perspective, this preliminary hearing is over with a, you know, a big fat period at the end of it. I'm not convinced uh you know unlike Dave I'm not convinced Lance might have come off as sincere but I'm more convinced now than I was before that he had some involvement in this.”

The evidence presented at the hearing is building a strong, multi-layered case against Tyler Robinson.

“they're building their case and they are building the scaffolding of a very very strong case against Tyler Robinson.”

“If their story is any different, if their testimony varies one iota at trial, the defense is going to whip out the uh printed transcript of this particular testimony and they're going to even if it's just innocuous, if it's something just a minor misstatement or or something like that, they're going”

The defense attorney is intentionally using the preliminary hearing to create recordable issues for future trial strategy.
