The primary limiting factor to advancing a sustainable energy economy is the capacity for battery cell production throughout the supply chain.

“The limiting factor really will be battery cell production. So that's going to really be the fundamental rate driver.”

Effective standby power management is a crucial factor for mobile devices that Apple currently executes very well.

“That's something that Apple, for example, does extraordinarily well that separates eye devices from their Android competitors. So, I want to see how good of a job Valve has done of battery management while the device is actually in standby or in sleep mode.”

Silicon carbon batteries are an important advancement for smartphones that offer increased capacity.

“I'm still going to love silken carbon batteries and praise them and that's why I'm using this phone and phones like it with incredible battery life.”

Lithium-ion batteries are overrated and dangerous due to their high flammability and low energy density compared to other substances.

“If you had If you had the choice between a slab of butter or human body fat and a bit of a and a lithium-ion battery, you would be a fool. You would be a fool to ever go for the lithium-ion. It's pathetic, Michael.”

Sodium-ion batteries are a major technological breakthrough because they are safer, more robust, cheaper to produce, and perform better in cold temperatures than lithium-ion batteries.

“So yeah, it's a really big moment for CL, very big moment for batteries in general. Um, >> and I think really very much a game changer. We talk about game changers a lot. >> When CH does something like this, you know, it's it's actually quite serious news. I think”
