Amy Walter claims that while there is some fluctuation in the data, the national polling averages for the presidential race have remained largely consistent and indicate a very close contest.

She acknowledges the polling indicates the race is currently a dead heat.

Lynn Vavreck claims that recent shifts in polls reflect a return to a close race rather than a departure from political calcification.

“So we're back to man this is going to be a close race”

Pollsters have recently exhibited a tendency to produce more Republican-leaning results in an effort to avoid the criticism of being wrong.

“basically poers are terrified of being wrong so they're flat out ignoring very blue results as a result pulsers are more willing to take steps to produce more Republican leaning results”

Pollsters frequently suppressed or manipulated data to manufacture a false narrative of a Kamala Harris lead due to ideological bias.

“We've been putting out for weeks and weeks and weeks that the race was two points and everybody measures their own accuracy with their final call. But we were all alone in August and September when the pollsters were at peak lying peak psychological operation to create a fake lead for Kamala Harris.”

Public polls are currently being corrupted by a wave of bad, non-credible polls produced by partisan groups attempting to manipulate the public narrative.

“the polls are there are good polls out there but right now they are being corrupted by a wave of bad polls and by that I mean as I've talked about before different campaigns try to use polls to change the public narrative about their campaigns and there has been between 20 and 25 new polling compani”
