“I hope with my books I'm saying uh this isn't a how-to guide but this is somebody you can walk alongside you can see Einstein growing up Jewish in Germany you can see Jennifer doudner growing up or as an outsider or a Leonardo da Vinci or Elon Musk”

Matt believes that having a tumor on his spine as a child helped steer him toward his current path in film production and editing.

“funny enough is I don't think we'd ever be here doing this podcast or being on Tik Tok or any of any of this if it wasn't for that tumor in my back and that's because growing up I always did theater but being stuck in a bed recovering from that surgery I started to pick up Film Production and editin”

She admits that she lived in Italy during her childhood years.

“I was there till I was 11.”

“I had some of that growing up. But I was like I was like why are you judging people that are like living in the same apartment complex as you know? Oh right. So it made me really [ __ ] have disdain for wealth for wealth.”

“Oh, that's easy. Um, myself because, um, you know, you are responsible for your actions. you know, even though you may be in surroundings that you're not familiar, you know, and you might just be learning, um, you know, I just want to sometimes you have to be able to step back and, you know, look at”

Experiencing tragic loss and bullying early in life taught him the importance of resilience, compassion, and finding humor as an antidote to worry.

“So, I did the comedy I do is really, really important because you can fall into deep depression and let life pass by you like that. When you're laughing, you're bonding. And I don't think you can worry and laugh at the same time.”
