They don't come across like they believe in anything but maintaining their grip on power, their marginal grip on power as they can just farm out funds from lobbyists as they can like network with high-profile individuals and and develop a”

He believes that the US political system is broken because politicians prioritize personal gain and donor interests over the welfare of the American public.

“That's politics in America is some saying exactly what he thinks everybody wants to hear and then doing what's best for him and his donors. And that's the problem with the system.”

The requirement for constant fundraising creates an environment where politicians spend too much time dialing for dollars rather than serving their constituents.

“I'm not for stock trading in Congress and I think you need to ban it and I have a a political reform Bill to do that”
