He suggests that viewing others' success as luck rather than hard work can be detrimental to one's own progress.

“I always say to people like the people that have success, they should see it as fortune and and joy, but everyone else should see it as hard work. Because when you see someone else's success as luck, you then think you're unlucky. And and then it stops you from working hard.”

She believes that while some element of luck is involved, her success in the industry is primarily a result of hard work.

“Netflix comes out with so many shows a day. But we're one of the biggest shows. That's hard work.”
