He believes the evidence strongly indicates the person last seen with Lisa Dorrian is responsible for her disappearance.

“and I do tend to believe that something likely happened and whether it was, you know, a premeditated murder or it was an accidental death that was then covered up or, you know, she was killed and, you know, somebody freaked out. Uh, I think all three of those are very possible.”

He asserts that the lack of public cooperation in the case is due to terror tactics used by local criminal groups.
