Hasan Piker asserts that Joe Biden is the legitimate president and Donald Trump lost the 2020 election.

The efforts to overturn the 2020 election, including the fake electors scheme, were legally baseless and aimed at obstructing the certification of the results.

“what Trump and his his advisors did was they they found all these steps in the Electoral College process and they tried to figure out a way to undo those steps or interrupt those steps or or subvert those steps in the process.”

Acknowledging that Joe Biden won the 2020 election because he received more votes is an objective fact that public officials should be capable of stating.

“having to answer objective reality, somebody putting you on the spot to say, "Are you capable of acknowledging objective reality is the other person doing theater and not you saying Joe Biden won the 2020 election because he got more votes."”

He expects that Donald Trump will attempt to influence the election outcome by claiming credit for a COVID-19 vaccine before the voting date.

“my prediction was that donald trump would say i did it we got a vaccine vote for me and in fact we just learned about the trump cdc sending out a letter to states on august 27th saying be prepared for a vaccine in late october and so i think it's very clear at this point that if they need to make an”
