He believes that starting a podcast with a monologue before introducing the guest helps filter for a loyal audience.

“So, he's like See, okay. He's filtering for people who just like him and like hanging out with him. You cannot be a part of that community if you click on a video and you're like, where's Ed Sheeran? Which is kind of like late night.”

He suggests that creators should prioritize creating content that fits their lifestyle and personal interests to ensure long-term sustainability rather than chasing trends.

“I do think it's so important for creators to tailor their format to their lifestyle if they have a good understanding of the lifestyle they want and if they have a good understanding of what they actually like about the process yep of what they're doing”

He believes the podcast should function as a modern-day late-night show for his generation.

“I want to turn Therapuss into a modern-day like late night for Gen Z.”
