“there would be a process you could go through to get some management in place and be able to do that. The I guess I get quickly back to the to the sea lion thing. What we talked about earlier was the the 120 removals and then there was an amendment that was passed in 2018.”

“my goal here is to make New Mexico not that when it comes to screworm is that we should be prepared. um that we should be able to be uh you know be able to get this information out there especially to you know an a group of people that aren't being reached out to hunters and outdoorsmen”

“if you kill a bunch what you're doing is you're suddenly opening up the habitat yeah there's a lot of food around because usually the food production is going up this is the beginning of the cropping season and so those babies realize well they have a better survival”
