The shift toward name, image, and likeness in college football has altered the dynamic of developing players' values and long-term futures.

“The whole idea of what college used to be is not there anymore I mean it used to be you went to college to develop value for your future now people are going to college to see how much money they can make”

After years of constant movement and ambition, she has transitioned into a phase where she chooses to prioritize her peace and personal life over relentless professional achievement.

“I ran really fast for a really long time and it was all I knew. Um, I was dropped into a business at a very young age that I had no idea about. Nobody in my family had any idea about. It started with pageantss and then Bollywood movies and and then Hollywood. But I think in all of that, it's so unce”

Focusing exclusively on making beats instead of trying to simultaneously rap and manage graphic design was the best way to develop his career.

“I just put it all on on making beats from then on.”

She believes career advancement requires continuous evolution rather than repeating the same successful behaviors.

“I think that when you get into the business, or really any business, you get tricked into thinking the way to stay successful is to keep doing the same things that you were doing. But if you look at any other thing, they stay successful because they were constantly evolving and changing.”

She views the transition to a new podcast as a necessary step to reveal more of her true self beyond the sports media persona.

“Not even just like be more, but show more, too.”

Living in New York and surrounding oneself with non-actors helped in maintaining perspective on a strange and sometimes difficult career.

“And it helped. You're right. It did help me to live there with other people. Yeah. Yeah. It's hard to keep doing this. That's what nobody talks about. It's a weird job. It's exhausting in a strange way. Not a normal way. like you know was obviously it's a hard job in a specific way and being that in”

Operating an independent media show allows for more editorial control and deeper, long-form discussion compared to linear television.

“Because I was my own boss. I could be in charge of all my own editorial. No one could tell me what to do, what to say, what not to say. I I could have long form conversations about really tough issues that were bubbling up in the country at the time.”

He believes that the ultimate goal for any singles competitor in NJPW is to win the IWGP Heavyweight Championship.

“there's only one goal and i think it should be everybody's goal is to be if you're going to be a singles competitor is to be the iwgp heavyweight champion yeah anything else is [ __ ]”
