Vladimir Putin operates as a corrupt dictator who has stolen approximately a trillion dollars from the Russian state throughout his time in power.

“Over the course of his 26 years in power, he has stolen a trillion dollars from the Russian state. When I say he, he and a thousand other people have stolen a trillion dollars from the Russian state.”

Vladimir Putin is a scared and limited older man whose capacity to influence the world has diminished.

“there is a tendency to think of him as this kind of bond villain um who's plotting design disaster on all his enemies from a sort of a mountain fastness or extinct volcano or something I think what we have to realize is the degree to which he's also a scared and rather limited old man”

She asserts that Vladimir Putin is a dictator and a war criminal who functions like a mafia boss rather than a traditional leader.
