“I hate when people badmouth the president. I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat. That is a dude sitting at the pinnacle of the greatest country in the world. And if you are not supporting him right now, what are you doing? Just stop. Like I never heard anybody in that team room ever talk ba”

The military and the VA fail to provide adequate psychological support for veterans, leading to a high prevalence of domestic violence within the community.

“they just take these poor humans that they've essentially kind of like psychologically destroyed give them absolutely no support no Mental Health Training no mental health anything and then just give them back to their Partners or their families”

He suggests that active-duty personnel should communicate clearly with their spouses about the pressures of service and should prioritize time with their families to build strong, resilient relationsh

“So really putting that effort into my son's was was the key to everything”

She feels safer around the men in the military than she does with people outside of it.

“I honestly don't think I really deal with it no nice good job yeah I deal with it outside of the military but not in the milit I feel safer with those guys than anybody else”

Military families are a critical part of the sacrifice made by those who serve, and they must be supported as they navigate the trauma and challenges of a military career.

“I don't think people have a clear grasp and understanding of the sacrifice that these families and these men have made the last 20 years”

He believes growing up in a military environment was a challenging and difficult experience that felt like living in a bubble.

“you know, like it's so hard to explain to like my son and this generation of how difficult that lifestyle is. You know, it's it's almost like kind of like a weird propaganda state.”

Military service often involves high-stakes situations that require specialized training frameworks to manage extreme discomfort and maintain operational capability.

“It's why SEAL training has an 80% attrition rate. It's because they do everything they can to make us as as uncomfortable and cold and miserable. And what enables guys to make it through training is the ability to suffer through that, but still be able to function”

She believes that moving frequently as a military family shaped her personality and social skills in a positive way.

“looking back it it was really hard but I think it shaped me in a good way abolutely it gave me a good personality and you know being able to talk to people and put Stu out there without feeling shy”
