Young people should focus on obtaining an education instead of pursuing street credibility or criminal paths.

“You young guys, you want that street credibility, it's a lie. You want to sell drugs, it's a lie. and you'll end up in jail. Okay? You you you will end up killing your own dreams. This is what you do. You stay in school. Get that education.”

Tiffani Madison states that she wishes she had completed her education and pursued alternative career paths like nursing or makeup artistry instead of entering sex work.

“I would probably explore some other avenues besides sex work. As I was doing sex work, I think that the girls that are going to school and doing other things have other things um going for them.”

Warren G views his career success as a result of his independent hustle and self-reliance rather than relying on handouts from others.

“And nobody's going to help me. And I should I've got to stop thinking that someone is going to help me. And I think that was probably why you was most upset is because you was expecting somebody to give you a hand.”

“It was very different. And you know, for me, I felt like at that point, the only thing that was going to get me through all of this was by staying true to who I am.”

“The only thing I can beat them all at is being me. You can't beat me doing that, man. So that's and that's what people connect to. They connect to what's real. When they feel you, you know, that's what gives you longevity. They feel you. They know you.”

He claims that success is given to an individual by others rather than being solely earned through hard work.

“Success is given. It's not earned. Cuz you can be the most brilliant [ __ ] If one person don't tap you, each one of y'all. There were people who could hit harder, who could catch better, who could run faster, but somebody said, "You. You're the one."”
