“I hope everybody goes out there and does it I think save yourself some time dude I I think that guys especially it's so easy to just come in a cup”

Birth control pills are not a cause of long-term infertility and women should not fear using them for fertility control.

“Do birth control pills cause infertility? No, they do not. You're not accelerating the aging. You're not doing anything deletarious to the ovary itself.”

Men with lower sperm counts should recognize that their reproductive health serves as an important indicator of their overall physical and long-term health.

“If you are if you do have low sperm counts, it's kind of a wake-up call. Hey, you know, fix your overall health picture. I think the thing that's crazy about this the sperm count thing is the number of my friends who are healthy, upper middle class or higher, have never been schlubby”
