One is you have to be willing and you have to be ready. If you can’t see it, you’re not ready…” [18:33] “That’s what stories are… We give meaning to events that don’t have them, but we need to make sense of it…” [26:52] “Any real solution that doesn’t explore our underlying feelings of shame, and unworthiness, and deep-seated beliefs that we hold is a distraction. It’s a distraction from the real work that needs to be done and trying to be happy all the time is a distraction. You can’t understand how to be happy all the time if you don’t know what makes you sad. You cannot know the light if you’ve never seen the darkness.” [51:27] FOLLOW LISA: Instagram: https://bit.ly/2TIsoKh YouTube: https://bit.ly/2IAbTcH Podcast: https://spoti.fi/2IEajGW FOLLOW CYNTHIA: Website: cynthiagarcia.com Website: transformationalnutrition.com Instagram: instagram.com/iamcynthiagarcia Facebook: facebook.com/iamcynthiagarcia
