FL v Dr. Tomasz Kosowski The formal Spencer hearing takes place today, October 8, 2026. Prosecutors are presenting victim impact statements from Cozzi's family, while the court-appointed counsel will present independent mitigation findings. SUMMARY: Dartmouth-educated Miami plastic surgeon Tomasz Roman Kosowski, 47, is charged with 1st degree capital m*rder in the disappearance & presumed death of Largo, Florida lawyer Steven Cozzi, 41. Cozzi was the defense attorney for Kosowski's former employer in a bitter, lengthy battle stemming from a lawsuit filed by Kosowski over said employer's (Laufer Institute of Plastic Surgery) billing practices. Cozzi went missing from his law firm on 3/21/23, and his body has never been found. According to law enforcement, there is plenty of evidence tying Kosowski to the crime, including surveillance video, google searches, blood & DNA evidence, and other items found in Kosowski's truck & Tarpon Springs home, after his arrest on 3/25/23. After several teams of attorneys dropped Kosowski as a client for varied reasons, Kosowski has opted to defend himself in a bench trial. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty The Verdict: On September 23, 2026, Judge Bulone deliberated for just 15 minutes before finding Kosowski guilty of first-degree premeditated murder. 🔥 Merch: https://attorneymelanielittle.myspreadshop.com/ 👗Nuuly Clothing Rental Discount Code: https://share.nuuly.com/melanie555 🛍️ Amazon Storefront: https://www.amazon.com/shop/the.melanie.little 🧁 Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFSlI8Y3Zdoq5buNW_40AAA/join Intro song written & produced by Melisa @5150Asylum ❤️ Video montage by @EmilySeee WAYS TO SUPPORT: VENMO: https://www.venmo.com/u/Melanie-Little-12 BUY ME A MATCHA: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/mlittlen CASH APP : https://cash.app/$AttyMelanieLittle EMAIL: Fanbase@MLittleLaw.com #lawyerreacts #lawyer #legalanalysis #truecrime #law #lawtube #crime #criminallaw I have been receiving so many inquiries regarding my on-camera makeup, skincare and haircare that I have listed them all in my AMAZON STOREFRONT: https://www.amazon.com/shop/the.melanie.little WARNING: Some of these products may be life-changing.
