Issy Watson has been carnivore for almost 3 years now. She is a high level athlete that has a Guinness world record, just completed a 50 mile ultra marathon overnight, on a broken foot, and is training for a full ironman. On top of this, she suffers with autoimmune diseases (colitis and lupus) and has survived a few traumatic illness, but none of these setbacks have stopped her from achieving her goals and aspirations.
