Hi my loves 🦋 Welcome to another episode of the Soulful Sunday Reset, where we take time to reflect, reset, and re-align with ourselves ✨ This week, we're letting go of the pressure to always do the right thing and embracing the truth that we are already enough. We're unpacking the root of perfectionism- why we chase approval, why we tie our worth to productivity, and how to release that weight. We'll also dive into the patterns that make life harder than it needs to be, like overthinking, decision fatigue, and procrastination (and the stories we tell ourselves that keep us stuck). Plus, I'm sharing the "I am, I have, I get to" Journal practice, affirmations, and a reminder that life gets to be easy 🤍 Grab your favourite drink, get cozy, and let's get into it! Today's Journal Prompts: 1. What is one pattern that you’ve been seeing within yourself and how are you learning to release yourself from it? 2. What is one habit that you do that makes your life more difficult than it needs to be ? 3. What is one thing you need to be more unapologetic with? 4. What is one habit you want to start incorporating this week that will allow you to embody this unapologetic version of yourself? 5. What is one belief you want to challenge this week? 6. What is one reminder that you will post somewhere in your environment that reminds you of weeks soulful sunday reset?
