Prosecutors allege he harassed Mica from November 2022 until her death — tracking devices, fifty-plus contacts in a single day, financial interference, tire damage, and an intimate image posted without her consent. Miller has pleaded not guilty, denies the allegations, and has not been charged in Mica's death. She was thirty. She filed for divorce two days before dying at Lumber River State Park.
